  1. Cutting Kelly might mean the FO is pleased with Eason's progress. The cut could be a sign of good things.

  3. He did. Just wish the Colts had drafted him so we could have enjoyed this for years. Thanks Grigson...

  7. Bunker is the most talented Colts DT I have seen since becoming a fan in 1994.

  8. The Inconsistent Eleven? Blue Charmin? Everyone's already forgetting we made Minshew look like a surgeon. We've played 3 bottom ten OLs, and today one without two starting tackles, and 3 starting WRs. NYJ's offense is ranked 32nd, and MN's is 30th. And we play a bad O next week (Chicago is 23rd) too... lol. Jax is 22nd. When our D plays well vs a decent team, I'll start thinking about nicknames. The Browns and Ravens are the first top 20 offenses we'll play this year.

  9. Apologies, but that came to me last night as I watched clips of more of Hot Rod's kicks clanking off the posts. What is that, about 4 already this year? OK, OK, I know, there have been far better nicknames than that. And I'm sure he doesn't want it, either. But it seemed to fit, at least so far.

  11. As you all know by now, I've been following this team just since Philip was signed a few months ago, and I have to say, this is as fun a team to watch and follow as any I can remember in a long, long time. And not just because of grandma above, but everything I've read, seen and heard has already brought me tons of smiles and laughs. Sure, coming off of wasting a decade and a half of my life on the "Keystone Bolts" plays a part in that, but still, there's a genuinely fun element to this team. Irsay, Ballard, Reich and the rest of them aren't kidding when they talk about making sure they bring

  13. Is it just me? I swear there was some pop on those throws?! I think with how he 'chucks' it, if he can step into a throw he can still deliver with some velocity. It also seems if he can't get his feet under him or his torso into the throw then he fires ducks. If we can protect him, he may yet be able to deliver, he knows coverage schemes so if he can surveil the field and step into throws dudes going to complete 80% of his passes. This is the way...

  16. How about the "It's to early to name our defense" defense? Just a suggestion. We played the Jags, the Vikings, and the Jets. Hardly the top of the heap when it comes to offensive powerhouses. I love the spirit, but I think it's too early.

  17. Just some addition observations after looking at some of the advanced stats and snap counts since Sunday. Observations/Comments AQM - What's going on here. Totally expected him be a run specialist. He's getting more snaps than Houston, and killing it in QB pressures. Autry - Doing well again vs the Jets. Quietly making the best of increased snaps at DE. Hines - A lot of folks suggested he was bad at YAC last year. Did pretty well vs the Jets with PR tossing it to him. Mo - Truly hope he stays in the offensive game plan. Separation, YAC, blocking, he seems to be

  18. There's no evidence that anyone in the organization or in the locker room has any issue with JB. All evidence to the contrary, as a matter of fact. I think it's disingenuous of you to theorize, then when someone pushes back to revert to 'none of us really knows.' That's a copout. You don't like JB's comments. That's fine. Projecting your feelings onto other people -- with no evidence -- is fallacious. More of the same here. You think it, so you're attributing your thoughts and feelings onto other people. And the worst part about it is whenever anyo

  23. The winless Jets (0-2) visit the Indianapolis Colts (1-1) who are coming off a dominating win against the Minnesota Vikings. The Colts are looking to build on momentum from that victory with another win against a team in the Jets that look even worse than the Vikings. (Could a team look worse? Lol) The Colts will be going without CB Rock Ya-Sin and LB Matthew Adams and Jack Doyle is questionable. The Jets will be without Jamison Crowder, one of their better weapons on offense as well as fellow WR Breshad Perriman, DB Ashtyn Davis, OL George Fant, and DB Quincy Wilson. A few other Jets players

  25. We win 36-7 We had 3 picks. We had 2 defensive pick sixes We had a safety We had 2 sacks We didn't give up a sack We had zero turnovers Our punter put 3 out of 4 punts inside the 20 To read a few of the comments in here you would have thought we lost the game. Way too much crying and whining for my taste.

  28. Before i begin i just want to say that i'm not taking any shots at anyone but only keeping things real. That being said i dont get it. I just dont understand why Jacoby a person were not going to be resigning next season is our back up QB and not Eason. I know people say hes our best back up QB but again hes on his way out the door i mean why not have Eason a QB who is suppose to be our future on this team be the backup and have Brissett be the third stringer? i ask this because if you look at the packers you see Love as the backup aka the future starter, Tua on the dolphins is the backup for

  29. There is no back up QB confusion. Rivers is the starter. Brissett is the back up. Eason is the 3rd QB still in training.

  30. Do you want to dress three QBs on game day? Probably not, right? Especially with the injuries at virtually every other position (specifically on offense). The only time you dress three QBs on game day is if your starter has an iffy injury situation. Since the reason for having a backup QB dressed on game day is to have someone ready to take over in case your starter goes down, isn't it reasonable that QB2 is Jacoby Brissett? He's the backup QB for a reason. So unless the coach is able to predict that you'll be winning by four scores in the fourth quarter, and that your

  34. He's good. He does so much without even making the play sometimes and people think he's not doing anything. But if it means Houston or Autry or Muhammad (or eventually Turay) gets to the QB, then he's done his job.

  35. All I’m gonna say, after spending my childhood years in NW Indiana, I’ve had to hear those bears fans chirp. Beating them in the Super Bowl was the single greatest experience I’ve had as a fan. Whether we win or lose next week isn’t as much of a big deal, cuz I still have that.

  39. He inherited a team with a franchise level QB, and in Ballard's three seasons as GM prior to 2020, that QB played 16 games. Not to mention the other nonsense and drama that's happened. Ballard has been dealt a rough hand to start his tenure as GM. That said, the winning has to start this year. He's completely revamped the roster, he's chosen and invested in a QB (still a bridge, but Rivers was brought in to help elevate the offense, so Ballard and Reich will be judged on how this move plays out), and he's selected a coaching staff. The drama is done. Now it's time for results on th

  40. The Colts just beat a team handily that they should. I dont care who you are thats a step in the right direction for these guys. Also tired of hearing the Pittman naysayers talk. Every time I watch him he's hussling whether he gets a pass or not. Dude balls out without even getting any passes his way. Vs the vikings when MO bobbled the ball into the vikings hands, pittman was the only one going after the football trying to force a fumble. Kid has grit and isn't scared of contact. Stop trying to make every rookie, rookie of the year or bust. Jesus. Relax a
