The #Colts selected Wisconsin C Tanor Bortolini at No. 117. @dpbrugler ranked him as the No. 4 C in this year’s class.

This is a solid pick, IMO. Bortolini has a ton of experience starting all over the OL in college.

Ryan Kelly is also entering the final year of his contract.
