I FOR ONE AM TIRED OF BEING ASKED " HOW DO YOU THINK PEYTON WILL DO IN DENVER, WHAT ABOUT GARCON, AND, MY FAVORITE, " DO YOU THINK THE COLT'S WILL HAVE A BETTER SEASON THIS YEAR??".

GEE, WELL LET'S SEE: I SURE WILL MISS PEYTON, COULD'NT TALK TO ANYONE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS WHEN THE DEED WAS DONE, NOW, LET'S MOVE ON.

I AM A COLT'S FAN FIRST, I DO FOLLOW SEVERAL PLAYERS ON DIFFERENT TEAMS BEACAUSE I LOVE THE NFL, HOWEVER, COLTS 1ST, ANYTHING ELSE IS A FAR SECOND.

NOW, LET'S GET TO THE #85 SCENARIO, SOMETIMES A PLAYER THINKS HE'S BETTER THAN HE REALLY IS, HE DID MAKE SOME GREAT PLAYS, HOWEVER, BUTTER FINGERS WAS HIS MIDDLE NAME THIS PAST YEAR... JUST SAYIN...

AND THE LAST TIME I CHECKED , I DON'T HAVE A CRYSTAL BALL WITH A HORSESHOE SITTING ON MY DESK, ( wish I did though) I CANNOT PREDICT HOW THE 2012 SEASON WILL GO. I CAN SAY THIS , WHEN THE IRSAY'S CAME TO TOWN THIS WAS THE HEART OF BASKETBALL, NO ONE CARED TOO MUCH ABOUT FOOTBALL. NOW, WE HAVE A WINNING TRADITION IN FOOTBALL. ONE BAD YEAR, AND THE PART TIME FAN'S ARE RUNNING TO THE HILLS, or Rocky Mountains, or , just somewhere). DO YOU REALLY THINK MR IRSAY WANTS A LOOSING TEAM, PLEASE!!! CAN YOU GIVE A LITTLE CREDIT. STAND FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN, FALL FOR NOTHING, IN 2012 RUMOR HAS IT THIS MAY BE A PRETTY GOOD YEAR..........believe..... I DO.

Well, some folks are fans of the team as well as players so they follow and pull for both

There's all kinds of fans, and that's fine

But I'm optimistic that things will certainly be better than last year.

I agree with both Maureen and Flashycolt, I enjoy the NFL and I believe people can be fans of a player and or team. I'm a Colts fan and not a Bronco fan! Yes I'm a fan of Manning but I'm a better fan of Andrew Luck. I could care less if the Broncos win or lose (as an AFC rival their victory will count against us) but I want my Colts to win. Nothing wrong with being a player fan but just stating I'm a Colts fan. Whether it's a team or individual players, we are all fan(atics)!

Nice blog my lovely friend, the off season is lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng and trying for everyone.

First of all I am a Coltsfan and root for them great years, good years, and the bad ones as well. There are players that we grow to love on the team and unfortunately in this day and age, the staying with one team like in the old days is an exception to the standard and rarely happens.

I do check on some former players , but if they play against us I will cheer them when they first come onto the field at our stadium, but after that will wish them a bad day. I am sure I will check on numbers for Peyton and Clark throughout the year. I still check on Stokely from time to time and he is back with Peyton now if he makes the cut.

I've been a COLTS fan since the days of Johnny U. Been through some great times and really sad ones. The COLTS always come first, then the players. I will always be a Peyton Manning fan, but he is not my team's qb anymore. Like when Edge came back, I will cheer for him and wish him the best, but not against us...lol Go Blue!
