Hey would love to hear of your plans for Thanksgiving. As we call it Turkey Day! Gobble! Gobble! As just will have fourteen of us in the family. As my brother and his wife and their three children will go to her parents for Thanksgiving in the afternoon. And then will come over here with my sister and her husband and four children. And my parents as we always do. In the evenings this year around. Due to going over my brother's in laws. Would love to hear of your plans for Turkey Day? Happy Thank
What happened to the team that played Jacksonville? Colts came out with drive and determination for the 1st quarter and part of the 2nd then the flame died out. Colts had possesion ;longer, more yards, less penalties and couldn't make it work in their favor. 4 turnovers (3 interceptions, 1 fumble) killed our team. I'm telling you if the Colts connected all 4 quarters of the game, it would be insane. The hype going into the game regardless on how much you try to avoid it, it gets in your hea
When the score is 59-24, you have to look really hard to find some positives, but they are always there and you have to say, after every 2-3 plays, you are never as bad as you look when you lose........... Luck had a pretty good game, but he did look like a rookie, as he has ( a few times) that's expected, the running game was good (119 yds-5.0 avg) not as good as it has been, that's what happens when you are the team trying to catch up and keep pace. Ballard had a good game (16-72) Hilton led t
Well it is that time of year my friends! As now the team is going to face the Pats. As the QB has changed of the Colts. But Andrew Luck is on his way to being Rookie of the Year as well as star of tomorrow, now that is taking place this year. Should be a dandy one you all! Both teams sitting 6-3! Go Colts!
Our super squad touches down in hostile territory on Sunday the 18th. Looking forward to a " Play for the Whole 60 min's " effort. When the fog clears, and the stands are quiet who will be left standing?? GOOD LUCK COLTS!!! WE LOVE YOU!! INDIANAPOLIS COLTS Pass
Alright guys, we are sitting pretty at 6-3 right now, 5th seeded playoff team.. Where do we go from here? We have an intense match-up Sunday against our rival New England Patriots, so what can we do to survive? Our D has got to be on it. They will be missing the 12th man for this game, so we all need to do what we can from home. SO I PROPOSE we all go outside when our defense is on the field and scream our support!!! Maybe if we all scream loud enough we will crumble the walls of Gillette

The Patriots have had the worst secondary in the NFL. Six of the players are either 7th round or undrafted free agents. Less than average QB's have put up great numbers against them. But, Luck will be the first QB to face this woeful group with newly acquired Talib at CB. The Colts have had the good fortune of playing their last four games against four teams that have a total of 11 wins in 37 games, and average only 17 points per game. The Patriots average a league high 33 points per game, while
Finally after the 2011 bad year, we look up to 2012! 6-3 And finally now a team. As Andrew Luck is the star of the Colts and NFL! And that they are looking more like a team each and every week. And how they are also playing for their coach Chuck Pagano. Pagano will beat this! Mark my words! A team that is playing with heart, soul, and spirit! Go Colts!! COLTS STRONG!

The Big Boss Man!! Man I love Luck but the Big Boss man which I'm now giving that name to is, CORY REDDING!!! He Pumps me up!!! I literally watch every Colts highlight from all Colts videos from everywhere and this guy is Big, Tall, and when I need to be refreshed he gives me a big glass of WATER and refreshes me !!!! I'm not sure if I've heard much about this guy around but this guy besides Luck has got to be keeping this team pumped up!!! I wish I could put up every link I could on this guy pu
Nothing really stood out statisticly,no passing records, mainly because of a fast start and a very balanced game plan. All 3 phases played very good solid football and that leads to success and victories. The running game had a big game for the 3rd time in the last 4 games, helped by Hilton's 30 yds. Seems like most of the early games, there wasn't much success running the ball, but they were a few big runs, each game and that made the run total look better, lately , there hasn't been as many b

Awesome I did not get to stay up for the whole game but did watch almost 3 quarters. They clicked on the field last night which was outstanding to see. Luck suprises me every game with his ability to take a hit, move his feet, and get back up to make a play. Thrilled with the drive this young team has to band together and strive to keep improving. I will say this however, Jacksonville did have some questionable calls that went in the Colts favor (I'm not positive Luck broke the plane and the
Swept under the rug by the Football Critics, be back in the game in 2 to 3 years ( sure love to see them proven wrong). Our COLTS have given them all something to write about, talk about, and predict about. Most passing yards ( 433) for a Rookie in a single game Andrew Luck, Reggie Wayne passing Edgerrin James for the third-most touchdowns (76) in franchise history. Sleeper Ty ( Tyrone) Hilton, and, Flying Vic Ballard bringing excitement and cheers. Mathias and Freeney, the list goes on and on.
I am loving it, been saying for a while that RG3 is getting a lot of hype.. He really reminds me of a young Vick.. He is exciting and explosive at the run but, he has been overshadowing my boy Andy Luck.. Yep that's right, good ole' Andy.. He is one nice guy.. I have watched all his post-game interviews and the guy is a really humble dude. He has extreme football awareness and like Coach Arians said, he can't throw guys off like Big Ben but he is a big guy and is very hard to tackle. Just
Their coach Chuck Pagano as you can go on Indianapolis Star. As they really are a classy group and bunch. Due to the fact that they stand by the coach. As he goes through his second treatment of radiation or chemo. That is how you stand by your coach! What a classy bunch! Keep on doing so!
DL-Redding has been a huge plus with his experience in the league and the 3-4, most of this unit has missed games and much like the O-line hasn't played many games together, hopefully Chapman will be activated and should be a major player in the rotation..grade-D OLB-with Freeney and Mathis both missing time, the void has been noticable, Hughes has done a good job when called on...grade-C ILB- probably the deepest position on the team, Freemen has played at a pro bowl level, Angerer is just now
QB- anytime a QB comes into the league with as much hype and expectations as Luck did and surpass them.............. can't even say there is anything I could say he needs to work on, other than just game experience...........grade-A+ RB- Brown has shown big play ability, Ballard improves weekly and his upside is huge, Carter has played well and is a quality backup......B ( with better O-line production this group could post very good numbers TE- Both rookies have had their moments and should
Well folks, we are half way through the season. 5-3 is not at all what I expected. Let alone the come from behind wins we have put up. Not sure if it's because the Colts are motivated by Chuck's attitude, or that they are just ChuckStrong! Avery is having a pretty good year, along with the frequently targeted Wayne. Wayne is all over the field and I tell you what, this is a fun team to watch. Everyone knows that RG3 and Luck will be compared for a long while, but I am tired of seeing Griff
It's LeBron being LeBron. I have never been a fan of his for many reasons. He looks like a decent family man and takes great care of his kids + has never been in trouble with the law so I respect him for that - he is also a Great Basketball player, best today. Having said that his ego is outrageous, he left Cleveland in his prime because he couldn't win a Championship. Peyton Manning for example never thought about leaving Indy because he couldn't win for years against the Pats and Steelers in
Yes, that is a fair point some individuals just like to stir the pot & cause controversy & mayhem simply because their life has not turned out as well as they wish it had. Like it's somebody's else's fault that they don't make enough money or have a pretty girlfriend or any girlfriend for that matter.
Look, I'm not trying to minimize any fatality white, black, male, or female & I know that being a police officer is not an easy job. I get that. I just wanna get to an atmo
I am getting ready to get off work so I will have to respond to your Post tomorrow in more detail but all great points. Racism will probably never go away unfortunately as there are just people in this world that are ignorant and violent. I am not sure how anyone can solve some of the violence talking place. It just seems to get worse and worse with groups of people getting shot in night clubs, theaters, etc. for no reason. White cops aren't doing themselves any favors either by shooting unarmed
Thank you CBE for your response to my blog entry. I know how busy peoples daily lives are so I am grateful for feedback & different points of view on this subject matter.
Max Kellerman on ESPN 'First Take' has made the intriguing argument that in America anyway the Natl. Anthem standing up during it is a mandatory gesture of compliance as opposed to a voluntary one where dissent is frowned upon & even called out publicly if you refuse to stand up while the Star Spangled Bann
Here's my short take on Colin and what is going on: I have no problem with people protesting about something they believe in or serious matters like racism, that is everyone's right to do so. Where I have the problem is dissing the American flag. It doesn't accomplish anything and it really gets many people to dislike you and question why you are doing that. To me it's dissing the Military and the USA when you don't acknowledge the flag. All you are doing is drawing negative attention to yoursel
I hope you're hanging in there brother as well as can be expected given such heart wrenching circumstances. Miss you man. I'm here if you need me. God bless, my friend.
YSGC,
Thank you for being brave enough to share such personal information about the loss of your beloved father. That took a tremendous amount of courage on your part.
Naturally, that void in your life will never be filled of course, but this line made me smile:
"He insisted we bury him in his Colts gear" Awesome!
When are people going to realize that the offensive line talent in last year's draft, outside of La'ell Collins, just wasn't that good? Sure we could've used a couple of picks on some mediocre o-line talent, and people would be right here, with their 20/20 hindsight, saying that they were terrible picks, and that Grigson should be fired.
Instead, we took a WR. People didn't like the pick, as the Colts allegedly were already "stacked at WR." Well, fast forward to this year: Johnson is
