I don't know why? My Commodore 64 is working just fine.

My Atari 800 went on the blink, so I had to pull the Trash-80 CoCo out of the closet...  :^)

The font is horrible and difficult to read, not trying to be a * on purpose either, almost makes me dread coming to the site.

Look at the letter "i" (as in "India") for example...

it's really a lower case I, but it looks like the letter "l (as in "lima"), as well as the numerical number 1.

There's no dot in the i at all.

You know it's bad when I have the use the phonetic alphabet to specify if I'm referring to the number ONE, L as in LIMA, or I as in INDIA.

I have to be honest. I'm not thrilled about the font either R8591. Just when I get used to things, something throws in a wrench to gum up the machine. I thought something was wrong with my computer the first time I logged in after a break from the forum.

Put your glasses on.

I have my glasses on buddy& still don't like how i's & L's look identical in nature. I don't like change all that much. Yeah I know, it's part of life & I do get set in my ways. I'll muddle thru I guess. Not an indictment against all the IT specialists who worked so hard to upgrade the Forum BTW. I'm come around eventually.

I read ya man & no, you're not being a pessimistic downer on the new look by any means R8591. Letters blend together too much. little i's vs capital I's. Not all that pleasing to the eye when you can't decipher letters from numbers like the letter i from the # 1 for instance. I don't really care for it at all.

Another difference marketed as an improvement which isn't necessarily an improvement in my eyes. New doesn't always mean better just a fresh set of new challenges to contend with. Oh well.

Fortunately   Ctrl +   enlarges the web page (and font) on my browser on my laptop (Firefox).  I also have touch screen with tablet emulation mode so I can enlarge just like using my iPhone.  The i and l looked alike to me as well at default size... I don't leave it there.

That's how mine is when viewing in Safari. Google Chrome looks good though. We had this discussion a few days ago.

Interesting, I have viewed it using Safari without any issues.  It is also fine on my phone which does not use Safari.

Yeah, I assume it's probably because I'm still using El Capitan. But I could be wrong.

I just checked I am still using El Capitan.  I haven't upgraded to High Sierra yet.

Hmm, then I'm not sure. I tried on a couple other computers at work and it views the same way. Not a big deal, tho.

Everything is oversized to where you can't even view anything.

Hi, we had this conversation here: http://forums.colts.com/topic/58420-the-new-coltscom-is-slick/

My understanding is that the new colts.com only works with the 2 latest versions of any browser.

Try upgrading your browser and let me know if that does the trick

I've been experiencing that too on the forums.

the forums have issues related to the new colts.com website.  We are somewhat connected to them now but there are issues to be worked out before we can complete the connection.

Slowness is the big one I see here.  I often get messages that this site is slowing my browser down and do I want to close it.  Also, there is funkiness on the status update pages (not being able to like a post) and also sometimes log in is glitchy

IP knows about all of this.  The goal is to get this puppy working by training camp!

What OS you're running shouldn't matter, but at the same time you might be onto something. I'm on High Sierra, and it looks perfect in Safari, same for Safari on my iPad Pro.

I wasn't sure if my Safari isn't the newest since I'm still on El Capitan or not. Like maybe the browser is updated in high Sierra or something.

I didn't comment in the first thread because I wanted to give it a chance...

Now that I have, I can say without hesitation; It doesn't look good, it doesn't function well and the layout is uninspired.

It's so bland, colorless and lifeless that "depressing" is the best way to describe it.

FTR: I use Firefox Quantum 60.0.2 (64-bit) | Windows 10 Pro

Yeah, I'm still on Sierra, but the site looks and works great with Safari on my end too.

Wondering if they have estimated the time frame for fixing the forum issue. I can post from my iPhone (a pain) but I can’t from my work computer. It uses internet explorer 11. Hope there is an update otherwise I will be limited in my activity.
