FA Comp. Threshold Date??

Anyone know the definite date when we can sign FAs without them counting against compensatory picks? Thought I read somewhere it was second Tuesday after end of draft (May 8th), but don't see it on any of the NFL important dates calendars I have looked at.

Yeah, according to this:

'it is believed' that it's the second Tuesday after the draft(May 8th this year). But I cannot find it written out officially. The other date I've seen is May 12, but again - not by an official source.
