I might not agree with all the rankings, but I found this article to be the most informative on the OL class this year.

I like that the article assigns tiers separately from rankings. For example, Brian O’Neill (who I really like as a prospect) is a tier 3 player, while McGlinchey is a tier 4 player and rated higher in the rankings due to his higher floor. 

 

Tier 1 – Elite starter – All-Pro Type
a. Offensive line example – Trent Williams/Zack Martin

Tier 2 – Very good starter – Pro Bowl-caliber
a. Offensive Line Example: Joe Staley/T.J. Lang

Tier 3 – High Variance Prospect with Very Good Traits
a. Offensive Line Example: Kyle Long/Ereck Flowers

Tier 4 – Good Starter
a. Offensive Line Example: Jack Conklin

So the Colts should be able to get a Jack Conklin on day two? And might be able to get a Zack Martin level player in the 2nd round? Works for me.

Isn't Day 2 and Round 2 the same thing now?

That would be great but the tiers are not tied to which round a player will be drafted.

Day two is actually rounds 2 and 3.

I was basing it on this

 

The draft begins at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday. The second round begins on Friday at 7 p.m. ET. The third round takes starts at noon ET on Saturday.

 

But perhaps the website is wrong and considering the way the sentence reads it's very possible.
