Indianapolis Colts interested in Princeton QB Chad Kanoff

That must mean Luck's shoulder is forcing him to retire..........

But seriously, if I read his 2017 stats correctly, he's 6.4 225 pounds and completed 73% of his passes with a 9 yard avg, a 350 yd/game avg, and a QBR of 168.4.  Not too shabby.

Impressive numbers against some impressive talent

I wouldn't call Ivy League impressive talent, but completing 73% of passes means he at least knows where the open receiver should be and can lead him or not throw over his head.  Some NFL QBs have problems doing that.

QB room.  Has everybody looked at the playbook?  We've memorized it, coach.  I know it backwards, coach.  I made copies in Sumerian symbols that I think the rest of the team will enjoy, coach.  I  created a new language so nobody can steal our signals, coach.....

Chris, can you send someone from Bama to the QB room?

They could have Florida/NC State and Miami in there

I tried looking at videos of Chad Kanoff throwing the ball on You Tube but my speed is buffering right now. I'll try again tomorrow.

His uniform color really pops...

Reminds me of Bengals orange actually. Not an exact replica but close.

Those stats would be a lot more impressive if that QB wasn't from an IVY league school.

He shouldn't be nervous.  he's used to playing in front of crowds in excess of 300 people.

I've been to many Princeton games. That's true...lol

The Harvard and Yale games get packed though.

Not like anyone cares.

Can't remember the RB we drafted from there around 10 years ago who stuck around for a couple of seasons?

I remember him going for 200 against someone and I remember thinking, 'I saw that dude play once'...

Feel the same way with guys from the Tri-State

I get what you're saying.

Seeing guys succeed from the beginning is very cool.

My friends laugh at me for doing a few small time college football games each year...it's fun though.

I have known some of the athletes(kids from Princeton) since at least 3rd Grade and in many cases played or coached against several of the local kids

This is one reason why I gush about NDWBB so much
