Projected Cap Space: 77 Million

Re-Signed Players

CB Rashaan Melvin - 3 Years/21 Million

OLB Barkevious Mingo – 2 Years/4 Million

G Mike Person – 1 Year/1 Million

TE Brandon Williams – 1 Year/900K

CB Pierre Desir – 1 Year/1.25 Million

K Adam Vinatieri – 2 Years/6 Million

WR Donte Moncrief – 1 Year/3.55 Million

ILB Jon Bostic – 1 Year/1 Million

LS Luke Rhodes – ERFA 600K

TE Erik Swoope  - ERFA 600K

CB Chris Milton – ERFA 600K

Cap Remaining: 55.5 Millon

I think the Colts should keep Melvin and keep the CB core that they had.  Bostic is definitely not the best but he would be a decent depth player.  I think he will be resigned for now, maybe a potential roster cut in August.  Moncrief stays on a 1 year prove it deal.  I don't see Mewhort playing football again.  Person is a serviceable backup & Mingo is a decent rotational player.

Free Agency

G Andrew Norwell 5 Years/62 Million

LB Anthony Hitchens 4 Years/26 Million

WR Paul Richardson 3 Years/19 Million

T Cameron Fleming 4 Years/19 Million

ILB Demario Davis 3 Years/16 million

HB Jerick McKinnon 4 Year/16 Millon

G/T Michael Schofield 1 Year/1 Million

CB Leonard Johnson 1 Year/900K

ILB Nick Bellore 1 Year/1 Million

Cap Remaining: 13.3 million

While Norwell may be going to New York, I think the Colts can get him to sign.  Johnson, Bellore, and Schofield are decent depth players.  Davis can start at ILB.  Richardson gives Luck another target besides Hilton and the questionable Moncrief.  Hitchens is a great fit with Eberflus and a solid addition to the linebacking core.  I like McKinnon a lot and I think he would complement Mack and Royce Freeman in the backfield.  Cameron Fleming solidifies the right side of the line.

Draft

Round 1 – DE Bradley Chubb/NC State

Round 2 – G Will Hernandez/UTEP

Round 3 – HB Royce Freeman/Oregon

Round 4 – LB Fred Warner/BYU

Round 5 – WR Jaleel Scott/New Mexico St.

Round 6 – DL Zaycovern Henderson/Texas A&M

Round 7 – CB Davonte Harris/Illinois St.

Cap Remaining: 3.3 million

Colts were 31st in the NFL in sacks, so Bradley Chubb is a player that they can't pass up on.  Hernandez is getting first round looks, but I think there's a chance he slides into the beginning of the second round.  Freeman & McKinnon combine to replace Gore in the backfield with Mack.  Fred Warner adds depth to the linebacking corp.  Jaleel Scott provides Luck with another target, you can never have too many offensive weapons.  Henderson & Harris provide more depth for situational plays and special teams.
