  • 2003-2004 Playoffs, Indy beat Denver and Tennessee beat Baltimore in the Wild Card round, This is actually the only other time it has ever happened since the new division were formed. AFC South is definetely not the league doormat anymore. Imagine if Luck was healthy and Watson made it through the season!

If Luck and Watson both come back healthy and continue to play at their previous levels then the AFC South goes from one of the worst divisions in the NFL to one of the best. It's all cyclical but it is nice to see our division coming up from the bottom.

....and just imagine if Jags get Alex Smith! :runforhills:

No hating all honesty you have to respect them we continuously used them as our doormat forever..Jags I like because of the completion they offer with thier Defense. Tennessee still needs some help In other departments they can only beat us without luck lol Texans are also on the rise but the only competition to me in our division is the jags and that’s only because we have seen them play Luck with thier new and improved Def  there’s no way they’d shut us out 0 points with luck ever

The way Jacksonville and Tennessee played on the first playoff weekend is very encouraging from a Colts standpoint.

They were bad for most of both games

Indy will ultimately need to play at the highest level to get to the promised land.  Weak or strong division, we'll have to be better than the best in the AFC.
