I'm sorry guys but I constantly come back to when Chuck was first hired and this tidbit hit one of the first stories about him, either on Colt.com or the Star: Upon entering his office for the first time he joked with his wife 'What did I get myself into?' IMNSHO, he never quite really figured out what separated above average coaching from higher echelon

mentors. He will be hired again, but it is time so say later and thanks.
