Culliver was doing pretty well before his ACL tear. Four interceptions in 2014 and a fumble recovery for a TD. Hopefully after not playing last season he can contribute.

i thought Culliver sucked when he was with the 49ers. He was burned a lot. Hopefully he plays better now!

I'm not all that up on either player, but I know Culliver was hurt for a while. Both are longish and showed decent athleticism when they came out of college. Let's see if they can play.

 

I've been saying all offseason that corner was the weakest spot. I hoped Tevin Mitchel was a player -- he's someone the Colts have been waiting for since last year -- but he's been no good so far in preseason. Melvin didn't look good in his limited time against the Cowboys, even failing to tackle, which is the one thing he's somewhat good at. And Quincy is down, maybe for a short time, but I bet they keep him on ice for the rest of the preseason. Hopefully they get these two guys up to speed, and they're good enough to be 4th/5th guys for us, at least.
