It will be a problem if we can't get to the QB. We were beat by them once before, 38-8. Still have nightmares about that game. Tavon Austin caught 2 TDs and returned a punt 98 yards for a TD. I know that was a couple seasons ago, but I know it still won't be easy for us.

hes been hurt a bunch, i think it makes sense for the bills.  they get a second round pick back along with a corner thats been banged up

 

the rams are taking the risk here, and their pick will likely be high

Vontae seems to struggle against receivers that are football fast and crisp route runners. He might struggle more with Tavon.

Don't think there truly is a DB that can handle Brown though. I know Davis struggles with him, but Brown goes off against pretty much everybody.

In all fairness to Vontae nobody can cover Brown. He and Julio Jones both are uncoverable. Vontae will win around 80% of his matches.

Brown has been shut down before....by revis and I think norman too

But really if we shut their running game down it will be much easier to defend the pass and hopefully they will have a different gameplan than keeping one safety up top

Davis can't cover anyone who's small and shifty look at his track record all he's % down all big guys he's lined up against and the small ones have left him behind including the horrible tavon Austin

Neither does anyone else, but he lead a Rams team that beat the Colts. If we can't get to the QB, we're going to have a rough time.

This game instantly becomes more difficult with the addition of Sammy Watkins. Even a bad QB can throw to a guy like him. Colts secondary will be tested right off the bat. I say bring it on. Need some revenge for that 38-8 curb stomping in 2013. My god that game was awful

That game shocked the hell out of me to be honest. I thought we would win that pretty easily at home and they thrashed us!

Yeah even if Tom somehow couldn't play, with Jimmy G they would still go 11-5. Nobody else in that Division is capable of doing so. With Tom they will be 13-3 or 14-2.

I can see 14-2 though. I agree about 16-0, that is why I was so upset when we didn't go for it in 2009.

I completely forgot about the Rams kicking our * in '13....what a terrible game for us

 

 

Rams will always be a bad matchup for us though, their DL is great and that ALWAYS gives us problems.
