Potential Candidate: Indianapolis Colts

The Colts have talent on the interior portion of its line with Johnathan Hankins anchoring the middle, but little talent on the outside. Margus Hunt is spotty consistency-wise, and Kendall Langford isn’t getting any younger. Drafting Sickels makes perfect sense for a team that could benefit from adding young defensive line talent.

Sporting News reported that the 6-foot-6, 312-pound Scarlet Knights senior has "turned heads a few weeks ago at his Pro Day" after making 34 reps in the 225-pound bench press and registering running times of 5.35 seconds in the 40-yard dash, 3.08 seconds in the 20-yard, and 1.84 seconds in the 10-yard. He also recorded a vertical jump of 29 inches, a broad jump of more than nine feet, a 4.86-second 20-yard shuttle, and a 7.72-second three-cone drill.

The most bench press reps made by an offensive lineman during the NFL Combine were 35 by Utah offensive guard Isaac Asiata and Muller was just one short during his Pro Day performance. For his size, the 5.35-second time he pulled off at 40 has also impressed a lot of NFL scouts, which led to teams visiting him weeks before the draft.

Muller, who is Rutgers' team captain, has started all 12 games for the Scarlet Knights at right guard last season. In four seasons with the team, he became only the second OL in team history to play in 50 career games, starting 49 of them, as he never missed a single game for the squad.

During his junior year in 2015, Muller had also started all of the team's 12 games, playing once as a center. He was part of that year's Rutgers offensive line that averaged 5.2 yards per carry that also allowed only one sack for the season.

Rutgers guard.

Muller at his Pro Day impressed by putting up 34 reps on the bench press, just one off the 35 reps put up by Utah’s Isaac Asiata, the most of any offensive lineman at the NFL Combine. Muller's 40 time of 5.35 was right where it needed to be to validate his solid game film.

Muller was a team captain for Rutgers in 2016 and is a former U.S. Army All-American. He trained local at TEST Football Academy in central New Jersey.

Looks like the Colts (and Vikings) had interest in Canadian TE Antony Auclair. He signed with the Bucs.

He must want to play in a warm weather area because there that's the only reason I see for going to a team who already has OJ Howard and Cameron Brate.

Another interesting note: Looks like Colts only have one punter on the roster. Thought there would be competition for Jeff Locke, but I guess not.

Doesn't kicker Sanchez from Hawaii punt?
