Meh, Marlin Jackson was rated round 2 and Polian got him in round 1. Kelvin Hayden was a round 4-5 prospect, Polian got him in round 2. There are several more examples of it from Colts GMs and other GMs.

 

We made it work. You have to have confidence that the coaches will make it work and if you don't get their buy in, you don't make the pick.

Man, looking back, I had no idea I got Jack Conklin like the Titans did in the real draft and he turned out to be a rookie Pro-Bowl tackle. Sterling Shephard made it sweet too. I have to go with the Titans. They got T.J.Green with pick 64, not far from where we drafted T.J.Green. While the drafting position may have been close, the ROI was terrible.
