Grigson is out but pagano remains. I'm still not a fan of pagano cause his lack of discipline and aggressiveness. But he's been given one more chance to save his job, unfortunately for him, he has to try and do that with a team, mainly a defense that's being rebuilt in some aspects. I don't see him as our coach come next season

The only way Pagano is going to stay if he wins the SB. He had five years to make the difference and couldn't do it....

Who cares! He the coach this year and that's all that matters. I`m not a fan, but he`s the coach until Irsay says he`s not. Turn the page and move on.

If Pagano gets us back into the playoff and we are in the top 12 on defense.... he will stay on. Pagano is an emotional decision on part of Irsay and his daughters.
