If they trade the pick, which I have always wanted, Osweiler could be a kid who could sit and learn, if the colts are pressed on a QB this year.

Osweiler may be gone by the end of the 2nd round, maybe earlier.

Mel Kiper rates him as the #3 QB, after Luck and RG3.

Day one starter I take Orlovsky, but in a year or two, I take Moore. I think he can be a starter in this league. I think I'd rather play QB over Painter. lol

Well, the only scout I know, that is old enough to have rated PM coming out of college in 1998, is Mel Kiper, and he rates Luck a 99/100. The only other prospect he has rated that high or higher in history was John Elway back in 1983. So, without knowing what he gave to PM, this means he rates Luck higher than PM as draft prospects.
