This is the fastest I can remember all colts draft picks being signed. Even during the polian years it seemed like we'd have 1 or 2 unsigned even right around training camp.

It's really not that hard to sign rookies now. Thanks to the rookie wage scale, there isn't much negotiation

Yeah,    that's not the reason.

Really, Many teams has their draft class signed BEFORE training camp and the Colts under Polian were one of the last teams to sign all of its draft picks so the wage scale is a factor but so was Polian

A lot of teams used to go into training camp without all of their picks signed.  The Colts were hardly the only one.  The big factor is the wage scale

Polian's drafts between 2007-2011 were horrific to the point of being hilarious.

07 - draft a WR in the 1st round, trade a 1st rounder the following year for Tony Ugoh.

08 - ROFL

09 - lmao - Donald Brown and Fili Moala in the first 2 rounds.

10 - Jerry Hughes and Pat Angerer in the first 2 rounds.

11 - Finally an impact player George Costanza in the first round...while the rest of the draft is beyond forgettable.

Who's George Costanza?
