Knowledgable. He's held every FO position + equipment position in the franchise, going back to the Baltimore days. Love/hate his dad, but he was brought up to appreciate what he has(Irsay). Nice to see that Jim has been doing similarly with his daughters.

Dedicated! He is very dedicated to the Colts, he hates losing.

Troubled.  His Dad was an alcoholic, and he in turn became an addict with a failed marriage and has still not beat his addiction despite overwhelming success at his job.  He is attracted to making music which is great for soothing the troubled soul.

Whoa, okay, how about we slow that down to once every few days? And here I thought the "what's worse than 0-12, 0-13, etc." topics were repetitive, but at least those were weekly.
