I don't mean to state the Incredibly Obvious, but.....

....  tomorrow is an incredibly important game to win.

If we lose tomorrow,  we've got Pittsburgh on Sunday Night the following week at night (Cold!)

Lose that game and we enter week 14 with a record of....   5-7!

That puts us in position to basically win out the rest of the way.     I know the schedule is not bad the final month,  but we do have Miami IN Florida, so that game won't be easy at all.     If you're counting that as a win,  I'd re-think that.    Oh, and the rest of our divisions rivals are all playing better too.

So.......

All these points make tomorrow a very, very important game.

The Colts have to play with a sense of urgency....   have to keep mistakes to a minimum....     and have to be competitive at the line of scrimmage.

Big game tomorrow!     (Did I mention it's important that we win?!?)

every game is about as important as the next at this point, I think we may be able to afford 1 loss, but even that could mean we lose the division. In my mind we need to win all of our games to muster enough momentum to have any chance in the playoffs. One could argue that the Jags and Texans games are the most important, they are the teams we need to beat to win the division

No doubt.....this team needs to take this game and it won't be easy. The bucs are better than most people realize...

Yup......

I'm not sure most here realize how good Tampa has become this season.

They may not have started out great,  but they've really improved the last 6 weeks or so.....

They're really good.      This will not be an easy game....

Pagano must realize it, he said they are "A great football team".

<Madden> "Ya see, if the Colts go out and score more touchdowns than the Bucs...and have more points on the scoreboard, then that's when you have a win.  A win is better than a loss.  If you expect to reach the Super Bowl, you need to win more than you lose....and that's why the Colts have to win..............and not lose."

<Summerall>  "So, the Colts need to win".

I felt horrible for Pat Summerall. He was so eloquent in the broadcast booth & he was forced to work with the Forrest Gump of football. John was a good coach, but he left a lot to be desired analyzing plays.

Great post LD! Madden made the art of the understatement hilarious & legendary often by pure serendipity.

Exactly NCF, Jameis Winston is poised in the pocket, slippery if you don't contain the edges, & the guy can have a lackluster 1st half & still vanquish you in the 4th QTR with a last second touchdown victory.

Everybody knows that Indy wins 11 games a year in the Pagano era...

It's a simple fact of nature that can't be altered by lacerated kidneys, Trent Richardson, Dwayne Allen jinxes, or even leukemia...

Colts win out...They did it without Chuck. They did it with head bob and McGlynn. They haven't lost a game without Andrew.

Get your Lombardi-hoisting pose ready, AV!
