CR91
colts are probably feeling really good right now beating the broncos and falcons so how do you think they will approach the bucs game?
Restored
The Colts have no room for any trap games. Every single game has to be a do or die for this team right now. If the Colts were a one loss or undefeated team then yes, this could be a trap game.
ingolfer
I don't see how it could even be called a trap game. Bucs have the same record and looked a lot better than the Colts did this past weekend. If its a trap game for either team its a trap game for the Bucs. sfergson727
I don't think the Colts have the luxury of falling into a "trap game". They are working with a backup QB, and are well aware that they need to play their best and then some to be able to win. Every game from here on out is going to be a toss up, until they are fully healthy and have solved their internal issues.
Solon
Same way. We're battling without our superstar quarterback. I doubt we'll approach this game any differently than last.
C0lts088
Bucs are a good team, a team on the rise. But we have Chud calling the offense now! No more inconsistency, thank god. I think we'll come out as the better team!3-0 outside the division with chud
Gavin
No such thing as a trap game with the roster being what it is (No Luck, No depth behind Vontae if he is out, An O Line that's upgraded itself to serviceable). Every game that we probably were supposed to win on paper(Though games are not won on paper) from here on out should be considered a good win and not "well it was just the Jags" or "It was just the Titans". Mr.Debonair
We are 5-5. There are no trap games for a .500 team
jskinnz
colts are probably feeling really good right now beating the broncos and falcons so how do you think they will approach the bucs game? They are 5-5 and have looked lost at times getting to that record. The idea of a trap game is silly - they know what they are and where they are in division. The idea they lose this game because they are looking towards the Steelers' game don't fly.
Bluefire4
Trap game? I wouldn't be surprised if we were underdogs.

coltsfeva
Don't see it as a trap game. There are no more trap games on the schedule.Colts have to keep improving every week, regardless of who they play. Clean up mistakes, penalties, etc.Teams that do well in the playoffs are teams that do not beat themselves and peak at the right time. It could happen this year for the Colts. Anyone remember the 2005 Steelers? They went in as a Wild Card team and hoisted a trophy in January.

will426
How in the hell can this be a trap every loss we've had has been a trap game because it was never a blowout and we showed we can compete (only in the 4th) butt Yeahh if anything were a trap game for them
NewColtsFan
colts are probably feeling really good right now beating the broncos and falcons so how do you think they will approach the bucs game? Goodness.... Why in the world would you think this is a "trap game"????? The Colts and Texans are tied. They have the same record. And the Bucs are one of the HOTTEST teams in the NFL right NOW! Basically, we're in playoff mode right now. And anything less than our best effort will get us beat. Period.
Smash Mouth
The players have to come out ready to ball. They're in playoff mode from here on out. I wonder if Tampa bay has the maturity to play well in back to back weekends after a blow out.
OhioColtsGirl
I don't see how his can be a trap game when they have the same record as we do. With all the struggles our team has faced this season, I can't see them taking any team lightly.
Coffeedrinker
Maybe the OP meant the Colts have a chance because it's a trap game for Tampa.
BOTT
As others have said, there are no trap games for the colts at this point. Anyway, I wouldn't feel all that great about beating the Falcons. They are in a nosedive and helped the colts quite a bit with the victory. I'm not big on style points, but realistically, the colts should be 1-2 with Hasselbeck.
GoColts8818
The Colts are 5-5 playing with a back up QB and have looked really bad at times this year, any game could be a "trap game" for them. Honestly I think that might be the biggest problem of the Pagano era they are not consistent at all from week-to-week heck in some games it's half-to-half. rockywoj
At this point, sitting at 5-5, no game is a trap game. The Bucs have been playing pretty well of late. It will be a tough game that is still an almost must win game. Their focus should be nowhere but on this upcoming game against the Bucs.
Stephen
The bucs are better than atlanta and we barely beat them. There is noway you can overlook a team that had a qb throw 5 tds and and a rb run for over 200 yards.
Mr.Debonair
I'm not really getting the whole Bucs are better than Atlana talk

aaron11
trap games are all about complacency and the colts arn't good enough to feel that way

indyspeed13
Winston has been looking sharp, evans looks very good, martin is back on his game, and their defense has alot of playmakers. we will have to play a very clean game no turnovers and good defense if we want to keep our win streak alive

Jules
Of course they will. I think I heard 8 of our games this year have been decided by single digit points.
ColtsBTM12
They definitely will, look at what they did to Philadelphia yesterday. We'll potentially be without Luck, Castonzo, and Davis. This will be tough, but it's a must win.

akcolt
I think Matt stays undefeated. Atlanta is the number 2 defense in the league vs the run. I think we have a better day on the ground. We use the same formula win time of possession and win the turnover battle. Win the game.It won't be as easy but I think we get the W. That was a big win on the road. I think the momentum carries over. Injuries could be a problem. I think Pagano has rallied the troops and we find a way at home.
BullsColtsFan1
Winston and Martin have been playing awesome as of late. The Buccs have a solid defense too. It should be a close game. I have decided last minute to attend this game with a buddy that's never been to an NFL game. I hope the Colts pull out a win!
