Tailgaiting at the Games

We try to make a few games every year.

The games we make are usually dependent on the teams schedule, and our own family schedules.

So far the only definite for us is the October 4 game vs. Jacksonville. We are also Going to try and make the Pats and Broncos games as well.

Would love to meet up with some forum members before the game in October.

I have my hotel booked for the Pats game, the Saints game, and the Broncos game, but the tickets for the Broncos game are absurd, apparently some guy named Peyton Manning plays for the Broncos and he is really popular in Indianapolis.

 

I really want to go to the Patriots game, but ticket prices there are absurd too, I wont buy tickets until about a week before the game anyway, hoping to score a deal.

After a ten year absence of not making it back to Indy (last time was in 2005 when the Colts were 13-0 and facing the Chargers - they were supposed to go undefeated and win the SB that year - it was the first NFL game I had ever taken my son to), ten years later I am returning to Indy for the Broncos game!  Hotel and airfare are booked, tickets are now in hand, and I can't wait!  My now 19 year old son and I are coming in from Winnipeg Canada.

 

Would be cool to pregame with some forum Colts fans.

My buds and I are also going to the Jags game, staying at the Embassy Suites. Then I'll be back up there with the family for the Texans game.

Wish I could make it to Indy. Haven't been there since '89 when Trudeau was QB. But I'll be at the Falcons game here in Atlanta. Got my tickets and can't wait.

I can so picture you doing that Smonroe. Nice. That's the cool thing about this forum: I can easily picture Colts fans walking up to loyal contributors on here & greeting each other warmly like friends who haven't seen each other in years. Awesome! There's fans on here I'd like to meet in the flesh someday too. You know who you are.

Okay, I promised Gramz that I was going to view her latest thread. Therefore, I need to find it first before I get distracted & side tracked like a kitten mesmerized by sunlight reflecting off a wrist watch.

 

That happens more often then you think. Too much information? Yeah I know, but venting on this forum is much cheaper than professional therapy. I know; I know SW1 is hopeless.
