Some of us like to try and find the needle in a haystack.....   well, these guys are even harder to find.

 

There's a false belief floating around here that Grigson likes to find nothing but fliers from Nowhere-ville-State-A&M.

 

It's simply not true,  at least, when it comes to the draft.

 

Yes, Grigson loves his fliers to sign as a free agent.    But if you look at his three drafts,  it's almost 100 percent big schools.    He's drafting big time talent from big time schools who played in big time games.

 

He's rounding out his rosters with diamonds in the rough...  needles in the haystack...
