Any news on Redding?

Haven't seen or heard anything, but just asking in case I've maybe missed something.

I'd say Redding comes back as a backup/rotational player. My hope is signing Ngata, Re-signing Redding, and drafting Jordan Phillips. We'd have the biggest D-Line in the league with Jones-Phillips-Ngata, lol. Redding would be perfect as the main backup with his pass rushing ability.

My only thing is players should decide like a week before free agency. If I'm Reggie Wayne, I don't want the colts to go and sign Andre Johnson and Nicks, and here I am a #5 WR and kind of be forced into retirement because I didn't tell them in time. I also wouldn't want them to not sign anybody and then on March 21st wish them good luck and retire. I know it's a business and all, but show a little courtesy.

He might be sitting back just to see what kind of moves the Colts make. If he thinks this team has made enough upgrades to win it all.. maybe he returns for one more year, and serves in a reduced roll.

I've seen two a couple replays from last year. Redding gets pushed back 5 yards most of the time. Chapman actually holds his ground.

He should retire, he's not gonna get any better, I just see him getting blown off the ball next season.
