Really really want the colts to pick duke johnson JR running back Miami?. I just feel like we can't pass on this kid, his explosiveness, vision, ball security, speed as well as punt and kick return ability are off the charts. I feel like if we select him and say a RG our offense will be very hard to deal with.

I am to the point where I don't care who our RB is, just focus on having a good OL.  Do whatever it takes, and the rest will work itself out.  I think Herron is our guy going forward.  I look for Bradshaw to walk, perhaps Richardson to be cut, and also Ballard following in his footsteps.  If not Trent and Vick will be lower roster guys who won't make an impact anyway, unless the interior line gets fixed.  Zurlon has probably claimed the #2 role for now, but if a good RB is on the board when we draft 3-4 round I could see us taking one then.  We don't need to reach for a RB, we NEED to fix the line and defense before doing ANYTHING else.

Absolutely, fix the trenches and the rest will come together. That right side is horrible right now. I actually wouldn't mind taking O-Line with the first two picks. La'el Collins and A.J. Cann would be a dream first two picks. We could take a rb in the 4th round if needed, plenty of solid ones in the middle of the draft.

I wouldn't be upset either, but I think we can save one of the 2 by spending a few extra $ in FA.  We definitely need to get a good pass rusher and another coverage LB.

I wouldn't mind having Duke Johnson.  I would like seeing Duke, Amhad and Boom as the running backs.  I am not sure Amhad will be back tho.

I don't want to bring him back.  Good player but he'll never make it to the playoffs. . . and we don't need help getting in the playoffs right now, we need help in the playoffs.  Players who we know will be in IR at that point don't help us.

RB has been such a disaster that I honestly think we should kind of blow up the RB position.  Release Trent, let Bradshaw walk, and though we might hang onto Tipton and Ballard, I think neither one would likely make the final roster.  Tipton can go back to PS though.  Then you sign a RB in free agency and draft one 4th round or later.

IMO, our oline has to remain healthy to build some real continuity. Adding a couple pieces would be great but you have to understand that no matter how good your line is, if your RB's are crap then the run game is gonna be crap.

If our line was good enough for a scrub like Donald Brown (in a contract year) and very low draft picks like Ballard and Herron, imagine what they would be capable of with a proven back........like Bradshaw.

I say we throw all our chips into the AP sweepstakes but thats just a fanatsy of mine.

PS. Yall are killing me with this "happy with Boom and Tipton" crap. Get real. Aint nobody game planning to stop Boom or Tipton, period.

Why do people think Adrian Peterson is going to be a free agent?

Because they see the skill and don't think about anything beyond the skill such as cap hit, age ect

What I mean is that the Vikings have him on contract through 2017. . . Which means that getting AP would require the Vikings either releasing him or trading him.

Why do people seem to think this is going to happen.  I've heard no word that they are seriously considering doing either.
