What an Awful Day to be an Eagles Fan

Going down to the Redskins last night with RG at QB AND former Eagle Desean Jackson having a monster game with 4 catches for 126 yards. Eagles are now two games behind Cowboys and both WC teams.

If you think that's bad, think about how it would feel to be a Jets, Bucs, Browns, Jags, Raiders or Titans fan.  Their teams are gonna suck for years to come.  Redskins' fans would probably jump for joy if they could unload RGZero for Sanchez. The Jets are stuck with Gee No Smith. The Raiders won't be sticking around Oakland much longer.  The Bucs have a team that looks like they bought it off the clearance rack at Walmart. The Browns are pinning their hopes on a QB who is better suited for a job as Elf on a Shelf. The Jags are showing some signs of life, but then so does a headless chicken. The Titans could be a contender for a winning season, though.  All they need is a running game, a passing game and something that kinda resembles a defense.

If the Eagles can't beat the Skins in a game with their playoff chances at stake then they really don't deserve to make the playoffs.  That said...I hope they are still alive at the end of the day.
