He's not okay...

...THey were lucky to find him and get him home

Exactly OUM, who just walks out of a stadium 100 miles from home & not tell his friends where he is going or his intense desire to leave Mile High? There's definitely a mental disorder or emotional issue there.

I agree 100% Something is off with Mr. Kitterman. I hope he's getting the professional help he needs. I sincerely mean that. No joke.

"He also got rid of his orange Broncos hat so he wouldn't be spotted."

"he didn't realize anyone was looking for him because he hadn't been watching TV."

If he didn't know anyone was looking for him, who did he think would spot him if he left his broncos hat on???  It just doesnt add up.

I'm calling it, he was making meth with Jesse Pinkman.

that sounds like some kind of dementia

I had the same thought, Nadine. His behavior is similar to that of clients I have worked with who have frontotemporal dementia (behavioral variant type). Most people with FTD are diagnosed when they are in their 50's. This man is in his early to mid 50s. Hopefully this is a wake-up call and he gets a thorough evaluation and diagnosis.

And the point of this?

People go missing every day, one NFL fan don't exactly stand out to me like the hundreds-thousands range of children that go missing every day.

American exceptionalism at it's finest.

Leave it to you to miss the point.

This is a football fans message board.    It was a football fan who walked away from family/friends in the middle of a football game not to be seen or heard from.     That makes it news.    Something like this doesn't happen every weekend.

Doesn't mean it's more important the countless other people who go missing....   only that he's a football fan and this is a football message board, so it's talked about.

Nice to know there is no issue that you can't find some way to spoil the discussion with your

ridiculous insights....

Wish you went missing from these boards.

The guy was found and dropped off at a motel by a friend's ex-wife. I bet the guy and friend's ex-wife were hooking up in the motel with the story as a cover up.

Ding Ding Ding.  Winner winner chicken dinner!

The guy "wanders" for 114 miles, then police are alerted to his whereabouts not by any random person, but by a woman he knows, who must have also been in the same location 114 miles away, coincidentally.

Now the family asks for privacy.
