Sure. He's one of the best rookie lineman so far.

I watch Mewhort almost every play on my DVR'd games.  I'd give the guy a solid 6-7 right now compared to any OL period, and a 10 considering he's a rookie.  The guy doesn't get moved in pass protection.  I thought his balance was going to be a problem because it looks like he doesn't keep his hips low, but I don't recall a single time he actually lost his balance and fell.  He's quick and smart.  When he's double teaming a guy in pass protection, he's actually calm and smart enough to look around to see if he needs to help out on someone else.  Most guys just have their eyes focused on the guy they're blocking.  

 

As you can tell, I'm a big fan.  Can't wait to see him in a year or two.  I think pro-bowl for sure.

Yeah he's been great IMO. Our O Line is finally looking good as a whole too. I think Mewhort is going to be an elite Guard in the league for years to come.

 He is getting his hands on his man and anchoring well as a pass blocker. Maybe even near an 8 level, considering his slower feet that is darn good.

 They do have our lineman helping each other at a VN level which is impressive considering the interior youth.

 I will be surprised if Jack adds more than a few lbs long term so he won`t ever be much of a man on man drive blocker.

  Winning teams do get extra exposure and a few guys ride that to Pro Bowls, maybe even Jack someday.

 I would expect that one or two Guards drafted after him will perform at a higher level based on his height/athleticism. Check back at the end of 2016 season.

Versatility is also a plus.  Mewhort could be a Colt for a long time.  Possible replacement for Cherilous when his contract expires, or knee gives up.
