Hair makes a HUGE difference in how we perceive a person's appearance. Imagine Kevin Costner bald...he's Bruce Willis's fraternal twin.

It's the HAIR, that's why. Not because of the face.

Guitarist Steve Vai & Medusa from Greek Mythology with hair composed of live snakes. [it's actually rapper Rihanna.] I just like the wild rock-n-roll hair I guess.

There have been multiple times that I've seen head shots of Katy Perry or Zooey Deschanel and couldn't tell which one was which.

I vaguely remember seeing trailers for that film. I think I wrote off Vince Vaughn after he got really popular. At that point all of his films were the same. That trailer also shows Chris Pratt 1.0. It's crazy how much different he looks then compared to now!

I have to thank you for highlighting, in huge bold letters, that grammatical error I made! I didn't notice it until it was right up there for everyone to see.

Here's another few that look pretty similar. The guy on the left, he's more of a cousin, but the two on the right could pass for twins.

Spot on comparison PAC56. Very Nice. You had the Sean Payton & Lee Harvey Oswald perfect facial match too. Modern day tie ins with historical figures always makes me laugh my caboose off. Good work!  :hat:

I had another one selected to put up that was even closer in resemblance.  It could not be posted :)

Thanks SW1...and I'm trying to come up with some less-villainous and dastardly historical faces with these celebrity look-alikes....I don't mean to glorify them in the least.

But damn if some of these people don't resemble each other.

Eric Weddle really needs to smile more or lose that beard or he's liable to have some jumpy TSA agent at the airport screw a gun in his ear!

Jack Ruby & Joe Pesci...Wide nose, high forehead, thin eyebrows, & a receding hairline...Not an exact replica, but they'd pass for first cousins easy IMO...

LOL.....good one there SW1!!

And considering Jack Ruby's mob entanglements....that's a movie role made for Pesci if there ever was one.

No worries PAC56. I know you're not diabolical; You're just gifted at pinpointing perfect faces. You're only highlighting their physical appearance only not their violent tendencies or crimes against humanity.

Yeah, I never noticed before, but Eric Weddle could easily pass for an Afghanistan terrorist on the FBI's most wanted list or interpol's for that matter even though he's a cool dude in real life.

No worries brother. You're not glorifying anybody just acknowledging their cosmetic appearance with a close resemblance to another person that's it. You've done nothing wrong trust me. Keep it up.

I think Ben Roethlisberger and Will Farrell

img-Ben-Roethlisberger.jpg

will-ferrell-twain-prize.jpg

Will's got the same smirk as Big Ben does too. An excellent selection LNB. Not only that, since Ferrell did the movie "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby," he'd re-enact Big Ben's motorcycle accident flawlessly in the Pittsburgh Steelers made for TV feature too.

Unsurprisingly, both actors have been on Criminal Minds. Ben Savage playing Mandy's character from many years ago.

This is spot on rock8591!

The bushy eyebrows, the receding hair line, the wide nose, the same line pattern around the cheeks when they smile, & the same thickness in their hair too even though 1 guy has straight hair & the other guy's is curly.

Nicely done!

Hard to tell sarcasm online...was that sarcasm or serious?

P.S. it's funny, Ben Savage played a younger version of Mandy Patinkin's character in Criminal Minds, season 10.

I just stumbled across another after starting the second season of "Sons of Anarchy." I'd go with brothers on this one.

Henry Rollins - Actor, singer, angry man

rollins-306-1387472250.jpg

Bas Rutten - Mix-martial artist, commentator, quite cheerful

bas-rutten.jpg?d=600

Also, if you're into MMA and you haven't seen Bas Rutten then you should give him a look. He's from the early days when things weren't quite as polished, but he was a scary man.

    •   Yes.  You, sir/madam hit the nail square on the head.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.  Nas made one of the most positive rap songs I ever heard "I know I can"...  Andre 3000 is a positive force in this world, and makes great music, however you define it.   I hate twista, but that's just my personal opinion.  Everything else you said, I completely agree with.  KRS-1 is a founder.  Q-TIP is a founder.  Jurassic 5 builds on the foundation like few others.  I've never been a fan of the Beastie Boys, but I'm a biased individual.  Cube is THE foundation, along with the rest of the 90's concrete.   Ready to Die...
    • Also Biggie... Can't think of a bad one he ever spit, although some of the songs had too much Puff Daddy for my taste... If Mace is on a track, I can't listen to it... Monotone, mumbly, awkwardly worded every time he raps.
    • Not sure they would be bigger then Dre he is a icon he even discovered Eminem. I haven't talked about him yet he is actually prolly my favorite modern rapper his flow is absolutely amazing
    •     Can you imagine Biggie and Tupac enjoying the success of Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, Snoop, and Chris Tucker?  They would be the same age as Dre and Snoop, and way more successful.  They could have been the most successful rappers to ever play the game, and retire as icons...   The music/movies that they could have collaborated on?  The coast-to-coast success they could have contributed to if they hadn't been gunned down?   I mean, they could have collaborated in music and movies if they had just buried the hatchet and squashed all that east/west bullcrap...
    • I can't decide on this one.. For me, it's a toss up between Nas and Jay-Z... Both are absolute geniuses.   Kendrick Lamar will belong near the top of the list eventually.. He is amazing. Eminem has a legitimate claim to possibly having the smartest/most complex rhyme schemes and probably uses more literary convention with regard to poetical forms than all others. His rhymes on the 2nd Bad Meets Evil record (with Royce Da 5-9) should have been game-changers, but couldn't stop the mumble rap from taking over.   Twista might be the fastest, at least he's the fastest without having it overtake his flow. Bone Thugs have some incredibly quick verses.   I think Andre 3k should be included in the discussion. He has some borderline ridiculous verses, but many profound ones.    As far as old school guys, my personal preferences are KRS-1, Q-Tip, Jurrasic 5... Beasties have great jams , but not overly skilled lyricists...   Cube is the best battle rapper all time, imo, although Eminem and Common are both deadly as well   Edit: when I said "battle rapper" I should have said that he makes the best "dis tracks" battling is another scene... I think the consensus might be that Marshall Mathers is the best straight up battler

    •   Sorry to keep harping on the Irish thing, but did you know the horseshoe has seven points on it?  (The Colts horseshoe, anyway.  Actual shoes for horses depend on the farrier).   Seven is considered a lucky number...  Lucky.  Luck.  I'm telling you, you picked the right team to root for.   7
    •   Don't hold Boston against the Irish.  It's not our fault.    We love our green, which makes Indiana a tearmann.   I love it that you chose to root for an underdog instead of the Pats.  I don't think it's coincidence that you became a fan around the time Luck got drafted to the Colts.  That's providence.     Horseshoe?  Luck?  Four-leaf clover?  Come on.  Hoosier Hospitality has roots in Irish fun-lovery.  If you're lucky enough to be Irish, you're lucky enough!  May the luck of the Irish be with you!
