I drove to Indy last sunday to see the Colts/Titans match. Can anyone tell me the song they play when the colts come out to stretch and warm up? I cant figure out which hip hop artist it is but it really got me hyped!

Blue Bayou by Roy Orbinson.  Sometimes they mix it with the Linda Ronstadt version as well just because they're crazy wicked that way.

Sorry, I should not have hijacked the thread of a new poster.  Just having some fun.

 

I have no idea what song they played during warm-ups.  And I don't like hip-hop so, even if I was at the game I would not be able to tell you the song.

No need to apologize CD. You're a good guy man. It's nice you want to make a new member feel welcome though. To be honest with you, my 1st reaction to this thread just on the title alone was this: Are we supposed to submit song requests now? Only teasing. Hip hop isn't my preferred musical genre either.

Actually, blue bayou is 1 of my favorite songs & it works well given INDY's team colors. I never get tired of that song either. Nice pick CD!

Still at work so I can't see the video but yes the color was one reason why I picked that song.  Additionally, I could not think of anyone further from hip hop that Roy Orbison.
