I agree with most of the predictions.  Some people are going to hammer you for having us lose to the broncos week 1 by such a large margin, but I think that is realistic.  Colts will get blown out or win/lose a very close one to the broncos, but the O will still put up 24+ points.  I think you have the giants, pats, and jags (last match-up) scoring too many points against us, but I agree with the outcome.  12-4 is what I'm thinking.  I can see a loss against the eagles, but a win against the cowboys (they have NO pass rush), if I had to change something.

Overall I can agree with your predictions. However, I think we take down Cincy this time. Cleveland will be close and low scoring (it seems to always be that way when we play). We will play the Pats close and pull it off at home. I would say 10 as the minimum and 13 as the max for my prediction. 10 Would be a disappointment to me.

I can agree with those predictions except the boncos and the pats beating the crap out of us I don't see it being 45-24 broncos and regardless of where those games are played the colts can win them and to beat the steelers they will more than likely need more than 17 points to do it.

12-4 is generous. This is a tough schedule and people are overrating our team. I think 10-6 is more likely. We probably lose to the Broncos and Pats. Steelers and Ravens are very physical opponents, we probably go 1-1 between those 2. Cinci is very tough. Eagles can put up lots of points. We'll probably split with the Texans as well. This schedule is very deceptive and I don't see more than 10 wins, especially with a lack of a 1st round pick and our division drafting in the top 10. Our returning players will really have to step it up this year.

we have the easiest schedule in the league, heck our schedule last year was alot tougher. Giants/redskins/boys are Overated every year by fans, and we play in the easiest division in football.... Numbers dont lie.

Easiest by record yes, but the Texans can easily take the division back and they have the huge advantage in the draft to get lots of players to do so. I think we'll beat everyone in the east but philly. Our O-Line is still suspect and we could easily start out 0-2. It's going to be a complete guess how we do. The draft is going to strengthen every team more than us. We have to play hard and outscore our opponents by more this year. The schedule is deceptive and half the teams have a very good chance against us. I'm the biggest Colts Homer out there, but I don't like facing the NFC North especially.

So you are saying we lose all the "tougher" games? I think we will take Bronco's and Pat's! My bold prediction is that the free agent's the Bronco's acquired won't be a factor until mid season if at all! As far as the Pat's go, I like our chance's against any team at home!

    • Yeah... Richardson needs players who can separate and who can get open deep. IMO "give the inaccurate QB a contested catch receiver with large catch radius" is one of the tropes that hasn't proven to work well. Contested catches have about 50-55% success rate even with the best of contested catch receivers and with relatively accurate QBs... now if you think AR's accuracy is not good, drop that rate even more. The best way to give a relatively inaccurate QB better chance to complete passes is to give him a WR who separates and and who is open so the QB would have more of a margin for error to throw the ball a little behind or ahead or a little higher or lower than ideal. (we are not talking about uncatchable balls here... those will be uncatchable for anyone really). In that regard, one thing I would agree about is - we need WRs who have good hands and have good ball skills.   And this is ignoring that AR has indeed been pretty good with his accuracy on passes at intermediate and long range. His biggest problem coming into the league was the short stuff and he was already showing improvements in that deparment before he got injured.    And Worthy is the WR who created the most separation from anybody in this draft :
    • Richardson  accuracy  on deep balls is his strength.  Hence why you pair an elite deep threat in worthy.
