Translation (I think) He is not as consistent (or maybe its constant?) as Reggie so he must have no more gas in the tank. Although proper english would really be he must not have any gas left in the tank.

Yeah....why are we comparing him to Reggie? He doesn't have to be a #1. He's still probably better than DHB, Brazill, and Rogers.(right now at least)

Wow, there are a whole lot of players taken after Werner that would look good on the Colts and that includes picks 27, 28 and Keenan Allen.
