Need A Rule Clarification

I was told by someone that this was the rule. The rule is the head coach and only one co-ordinator is allowed on the sidelines. That is why head coaches who can call plays, like Jason Garrett, Sean Payton etc. are more in vogue now. That is why Larry Coyer is in the booth and Clyde is on the sidelines.

Does anyone else remember seeing both co-ordinators, when one of them is not the head coach, be on the sidelines at the same time this year?

I've never heard that, but it would explain why some coaches prefer not to name official coordinators sometimes. It seems like a pointless rule that's easy enough to get around, also.

Did I remember seeing Gilbride, the Giants OC, and Feiwell, the Giants DC, and Coughlin, all on the sidelines on MNF? Can someone confirm?

Ron Meeks and Tom Moore were on the sideline all the time. This is not a rule.

^I was just going to answer with the same thing, David. But the rule could be a new one. Not sure why it is a rule, though.
