  1. 1. Would you enjoy seeing a coaches camera/all 22 player camera full time on live broadcast?

Anyone else get annoyed at tv coverage? Specifically- After each play, the camera goes to close ups of playmakers and coaches. While showing the close ups, we're missing the after play activity (pushing/shoving/arguments), personel changes on the offense, and defensive personel counter moves. Usually the network gets back to the all 22 camera view just before the play starts, which isn't nearly enough time to see what personel and formation is on the field.

I would prefer a full time camera that shows most of the field or at least the section of the field where the action is. I would even take a PIP view where that wide angle is always in the corner of the screen.

Agree or Disagree? Thoughts?

I'd like an all 22 video for film purposes if I get bored, but if it were like that during the entire broadcast people would get really bored with it. The casual football fan just likes to see pretty colors, big hits, and players' faces.

Cheerleaders, cheerleaders, you forgot to mention the cheerleaders.....

TV isnt into the finer points of the game..they want drama..and that's faces...

....I think if we could ask,,they'd tell us that the games arent being telvised so we can follow every detail..

they're being televised purely for dramatic effect and spectacle..

I agree...on-camera sideline reporters are unnecessary...(and news can be relayed to the booth)

...Shots of guys on the sidelines are unnecessary....its the guys on the field that matter..

....off field reaction shots are unnecessary,,,,

..but its a TV show
