I see no reason why he won't make the roster at this point. Hes played pretty good in both preseason games. And we have pretty much nobody outside of Mathis pass rushing wise. Trading a potentially good pass rusher when we have very little pass rush to begin with doesn't make sense to me. Thats the last place we should be trading anybody from.
He's coming back from a knee injury. Do you want to see him week 1 or does he need to prove something in our 2nd presesson game? .
I for one would rather see him in the real games as opposed to preseason. Let him get healed up let's see what he has week 1. People make too much of preseason.
I think real stupidity is calling a trade stupid without even knowing what you are trading for or the circumstances surrounding the trade. You don't have a clue how things work dude and you are rude. That's a bad combination.
Maggitt is an UDFA with 2 major injuries in the last 3 years. He is going to have a hard time making our roster. Take a look at the competition. If someone is offering we should listen.
We will keep I'm guessing 5 OLB's on the 53 man We know barring injury Mathis and Walden are 2. There are many who think cutting Cole would be stupid. I'm not in that group so we have Cole Okine Bates Maggitt Thompson fighting for maybe 3 spots? We only kept 4 last year that's 2 spots. Again that is 5 players for 2 maybe 3 spots.
Are we keeping Maggitt? Who are we cutting Bates Okine Thompson maybe Cole? If he's not making the 53 man. You propose we should just cut him? FYI that's what we will do to all but 53 guys.
Do you think being offered a pick added to his injury history might help the process of getting to 53? Think about
