I Find That As A Insult....

honestly only reid and rice scare me as long as luck doesn't throw pick six to reid and we stop rice we should win

Well then good thing you are not running the show on sunday. what about Lewis and Suggs? Willaims is a good CB. Smith and boldin are big strong Wrs Smith the deep threat that will be matched up Vs Cassius more than any of us would like. Pierce spelling Rice has been effective at times. The Ravens D scheme in general blitzing Vs our Oline... alot to worry about.

With all that said we have a chance come sunday... the day can not get here soon enough

If I was the Ravens I would want the Colts and not the Bengals. If you look at it objectively. All we have to do now is prove them wrong. I suppose they thought they would rather face a rookie QB who has had his struggles on the road, than a solid sophomore with a stud outside receiver with big time size and speed.

And if I've got injuries in my secondary and possibly a lack of a certain legendary ILB, I'd rather go up against Wayne than AJ Green.

Then you might as well scrap the entire "division" setup and put everyone in one big group. Not only would that be incredibly dull compared to the current set-up, but it would be considerably LESS fair. Unless the teams played every other team in the conference home and away each year, there would be no reasonable basis for determining who actually had a better year than who.

In other words, the Colts had a slightly better record than the Ravens essentially because they had a dramatically easier schedule than the Ravens. They won their division and should be rewarded for it. The Wild Card teams are the funky added attraction put in by the league to make things a bit more interesting. They haven't won anything, and should simply be thankful that they made the playoffs.

this wouldnt be an issue IF the ravens would have played their starters in the final week and won the game instead of benching them and losing. they would then be tied with the colts and it would be alittle more acceptable. putting the team with the better record at home in the playoffs even if they are a wild card team will only make those final two weeks of the season that much more interesting as teams would have to fight to get home field in the first round. baltimore did get rewarded with something. its called the division championship. having a tougher schedule or not the colts went out and won the games that were handed to them especially after they were only projected to win only 3 games this year. this has happend a few times including the 8-8 Broncos last year in a weak AFC West division and pittsburgh was 12-4 in a tough AFC north division.

I'm not sure why this would be an insult at all.

Have you seen how many injured players the Ravens have, specifically on our defense?  We are being forced to play 2nd and 3rd string LBs in order to even get through games.  It would have been a terrible decision to put our starters on the field for the entire game in order to hope that NE lost their game at home against a terrible team.

And even if we moved up to the 3rd spot - we wouldn't have gained anything from it.

It makes no sense to allow injuries to be reaggravated, or new injuries to form, if there's no benefit to be gained from it.

This decision was not about the Colts - it was about our team getting healthy so that we are competitive in the playoffs.

That is the disrespectful part....  There was something to gain, you could have played a lesser team in the first round (CIN) but chose to play us instead.

Big mistake!
