Angerer was in the right place and making tackles in the 1st half.

He was in the wrong place and got severly Exploited in the 2nd half. IMO. Connor was Missed.

I feel good about us at ILB I'm sure Manusky does too, I wouldnt be surprised if he sat out of the game just to make sure he's healed properly

Maybe we will get to see Mario Harvey at inside linebacker, he flys on special teams. I wouldn't mind seeing him play

What u expect? We have no nose tackle or defensive tackle to keep blockers off our backers

He has become one of my favorite players.  If we don't resign Freeney next year I may get a Freeman jersey so I can retire the Freeney jersey.  Hope he heals quick - we will need him for:

THE PLAYOFFS!!!

    • And yet, the Colts only ran the ball 16 more times in the 1st half than they did in the 2nd half.  I would rather have defense, personally, but if the Colts have a chance to get a potential elite back I would not be upset if they took it.
    • Yeah, he's not perfect but his production has been top notch and that is on a D where he got very little help, he was the focus of most team's offensive game plans.
    • I agree with you that Swoope doesn't replace Doyle, Swoope would better replace an Allen moreso. I really like the potential in both TE's and am becoming more and more comfortable in signinging Doyle as our solid chain mover and solid hands guy and Swoope as our seam busting deep threat TE as he has really developed his play and understands how to use his body. Kelcey understands that as does Gates and Gronk. I'm not saying Swoope is going to reach those marks but he has speed, size and basketball blocking out mentality, all he needs is time. I like all our TE's except Allen really and that's mostly due to his price tag Vs his play and potential with replacements.   I'd sign both Doyle and Swoope and cut/trade Allen. Id probably be open to understanding that Moncrief gets signed away when his contract comes due if he wants #1 or high #2 pay as does Dorsett. Rolling with TY, these 2 TE's, pass catching dynamic RB we need to find and developing guys like Rogers and younger guys along the way while building and paying a strong defense and investing in the online. Can't pay every spot premium and some good talent is going to come and go. Let's hope we choose wisely and correctly more often than not from here on out.
    •   Oh, God no! Not another New England Tight End. T_T
    • It seems there is a good chance the BPA may be a CB at 14/15. It's also probably the deepest position group in the draft.
