Does he have an Asian sensei? Are his parents part Asian? Is he paying tribute to earthquake victims? Maybe he likes Japanese anime. Yea, that's gotta be it.

The meaning of Namaste is actually "I salute the divine in you," but it's used more casually in Asia. In Japan, it means thank you for example.

He is a very professional and smart dresser but not flashy by any means. I get the impression he will pursue a law practice or professors job after football. Either way the guy will succeed not matter what.
