Jekyll & Hyde

Will this continue from Luck this Sunday aswell? Most of you guys know (I hope) that Luck has performed fantastic at home. His performance on the Road has been, well another story. Thoughts?

He himself performs better at home than away but still most of the issues are with the line. The team is Jekyll and Hyde, not Luck alone.

That's what most rookie QBs do nothing really to write home about.

He played pretty good against Tenn and Jax on the road, right? Maybe some of it has to do with the Bear and Pats being a lot better teams on D than some we've played at home. You can even include the Jets.

It will eventually even out as he gets more experience.

Seahawks are 1-5 or 1-6 on the road, I think, with another rookie QB as well. RG3 has 2 home wins and 3 road wins, he has done better away from home but Luck and Wilson have done real well at home, so probably Indy and Seattle have good home field advantages then.

We are one blown coverage away from being undefeated at home. No mistake about it Indy is a hard place to win at. You have to start learning to win some place and defending your homefield is key.

If we did not have that blown coverage, our unfathomable dreams of a division title could still be alive. Texans would have too much more at stake in their last 2 games vs the Colts.

Oh well, we live and learn, Mr. Sergio Brown!!! Btw, isn't he on the Giants now?

    • More watcehd SB 50 in Nashville than Denver
Super Bowl 50 ratings are a little odd.. the No.1 market for the Super Bowl was Nashville, Tennessee....a 57.7 share ..more people watched in Indianapolis (54.6) than in Denver (53.9) ......the number is a percentage (out of 100) of TV sets that were in use   ..any theories?  Were thousands who would have watched in Denver..in California?   More watched in Norfolk, Virginia (56./8) than in Greensboro, North Carolina (56/.7) Why were the hometown or home states not the top viewing markets?

Dont mess with a mans champagne... I guess...
    • Do you think the Colts win a Super Bowl in the Luck era?
Sorry Bogie, I missed this reply in this thread the 1st time. You said it better than I did. I don't know about the Bruce Arians last line, but I pretty much agree with the rest of your post. You're not wrong. This is why I didn't care about division wins as much & was more concerned about INDY's inability to beat the Patriots & Steelers because both rivals need to be overcome on route to a SB in the Luck era.    I disagreed with your Bruce Arians line because Pagano was getting life saving cancer treatments. What was Jim supposed to do, let BA step in, Chuck gets better, & then give him his pink slip in the middle of the chuck strong get well campaign? A public relations nightmare. I get what you meant. Bruce is a bolder coach & risk taker but it's not like Jimmy can release Pags after beating cancer though.

.is apparently not going to be playing football for awhile next year.. ...a fight with undercover police officers in Philadelphia last week? Injuries...Talk of him 'turning himself in' to the police this week?   .Doesn't sound good. He can afford the lawyers to beat the rap..but  he's going to get suspended
