This kid something else!!! He is very very fast and and can get to the QB and hit. Cards got this guy in the second round of 2010. Kinda wish we had taken this guy! But shoulda coulda woulda doesnt help now. He is just really good!!

He was producing long before the MNF game.

The guy can do it all. Im happy with Patty Ang, and you never know, maybe he won't perform the same. Different circumstances.

Daryl Washington went much before Pat Angerer. So did Sean Lee of the Cowboys.

We were all surprised why we got a potential 4th-5th rounder (based on scouting site projections) in the 2nd round. The above are the reasons - Daryl Washington and Sean Lee, 2 MLB candidates for us going earlier thus prompting Bill Polian to draft Pat Angerer.

    • Joe Philbin..
He was a HC in Miami. Way to many irons in the fire to blame any O-line woes on him in that instance. He was successful in GB 03-06 as their oline coach. He's a upgrade to the staff

Like, just for using putative in a sentence.
    • Joe Philbin..
Apologizing now if this was a topic a long time ago but.... can someone enlighten me on the excitement for Joe.. Im excited too but maybe for the wrong reason. He should be a upgrade from what we had prior i think is my excitement and our change to a zbs.. but wasnt Tannehill one of the most sacked quarterbacks in the league last 4-5 years? Heard Joe had some success in GB but there was no transition to Miami? Not trying to be the devils advocate but can someone educate me because i want to know more about our new O-line coach himself and his accomplishments.
    • Earl Okine
I wonder what/who they think Earl Okine is jk but on a serious note we need someone whos gonna put up double digits and i dont think hes the guy neither is anyone on this roster (maybe Rob)
    • TJ Green/Blythe
I would have agreed with you last year, but Philbin's putative ZBS has turned everything widdershins for us at OG.  Supposedly, we'll prefer smaller, more mobile guards over bigger, stronger ones.  We'll see if Philbin is actually planning a big move towards ZBS, and if so, Blythe could very easily be a versatile interior lineman.
