The whole "holding the ball too long" rhetoric is ridiculous. You could argue that happens what, 2-3 times a game? Out of ~40 passes. It's even more ridiculous when you consider that's exactly what those plays call for and the alternative is trying to make a risky play that could turn into a fumble or interception.
I'm perfectly fine with the decisions Luck has made so far this year. Zero complaints.
I'd guess 2. Maybe 3. New ILB (draft/FA), new rush backer (draft), Walden/Ayers at the other outside spot, and E. Jackson, Morrison at the other ILB if I had to guess. If there's a 3rd, I'd guess it was another ILB.
2 things will fix this Luck stops holding the ball to long and trust his receivers when they make their cut and Chud designs some quicker routes.... Luck wont get hit as much and all will be well here is Homerville
