NFL Games on TV Map

21 posts in this topic

There used to be a website that showed what games were on tv by geographic area.

I don't see that web site updated for this week.

Does anyone have a website that shows the games televised and where?

Thanks,

:flaming: I'm just out of the game broadcast. I get the New England game.

Get the NFL Sunday Ticket from Directv. Unless you live in the Indianapolis DMA (the area in and around a 75 mile radius of the city) or the other team's DMA, there is a very good probability that you won't see any Colts games on TV this season. The exception for these folks is the Colts vs Jags Thursday Night game on The NFL Network - provided you have the NFL network.

I have a way to watch them currently. I just like when they are on TV.

BAH - what a racket! Forcing fans to purchase a trumped up TV package just to watch their team! $99 a season would be DARN HIGH, but they want $199-$299 - thats just too much to watch a game on TV that already charges you $150 a month.

I suppose the value or worth of the package is in the eye of the beholder. You can find that the Ticket can be had at a greatly reduced price or even free through Directv. Talk to them. As a long time Colts fan now living in New Jersey, I find that package to be essential viewing for my Colts fix and I have had the Ticket since 1996 (prior to that I would watch the games off the C band satellites!).

couldn't agree more - when I first moved to CA, I went to the bars to check out my games. they started at 10am and I'd be feeling no pain by noon. then the cost of food and drinks every weekend ...pfft. ended up being cheaper and safer to get Directv. would never give up Directv at this point. a definite must have for transplants.

Something on these maps make me lol.

The Arizona/Seattle game got me this week. Only in the local markets, and no one outside of them is going "Man, sucks they're not showing that one here!"

Wow! According to this CBS is actually gonna show the Colts/Bears game this week in the Hampton Roads area (VA). I'm psyched!

Oregon gets the game that is geographically as far away as possible.

That makes so much sense....

So depressed, just saw that I have to watch the stinky Houston Texans play the stinkier Miami Dolphins.

I wish I was you, I have to go to a bar this weekend...but I've got a friend who's gonna let me watch Sunday Ticket at his house when he gets back.

I love going to bars and wing places to watch sports. Just to talk trash whenever your team is doing good. Its addicting!

Me too. I'd rather go out and watch football than stay home. There's nothing like a good sports bar.

    •   I hate to be the killjoy and I certainly have NO inside information....   But my hunch,  my instincts,  say that Elway will not trade the 82nd pick that's worth 180 points even thought it's a natural fit.     I'm on record as saying it's a buyers market, not a seller's market,  so I think we're going to have to settle for Denver's 2nd of their two 3rd round picks.     It's pick 101 and it's with 96 points,  less than half of what we'd want.   And for that reason,   I think the haggling is over what else we will demand Denver give us to make up for some of that huge difference.      I don't think i'd want to do a deal just for that 2nd three and take less than 50 cents on the dollar.      I'd tell Elway,   no 2nd pick,  no deal.     And while I don't think Elway will give up a 4,  I think he might be willing to give up a 5 to go with it.      Clearly he'd be more willing to give up a 6,  the question is,  would that be enough for Ballard.      My instincts say no,  but what the Hell do I know,   I'm guessing here....   But my instincts say we'd get the 2nd of the Broncos three's and another pick....     That might get the job done...   I know this viewpoint will be very, very unpopular,  but I think this is a weird draft and that the majority of deals will be discounted.
    • I see the Patriots getting this guy in the middle round. They love Florida players and seem to always grab guys that tumble but have special talent and turn them into another cog in that machine.
    • That's a reach if I've ever saw one. Honestly he is like the 5th best OL at best and it's likely we would be able to draft the best if we wanted one drafting where we are. Sometimes these guys just force stupid picks on small market teams so they can have some bigger names fall to their big market teams like the Cowboys and Steelers etc because they know they will make more readers happy to see a guy like say Conley fall to the Cowboys or a Reddick fall to the Steelers or say a Charles Harris fall to Atlanta. So what if he screws over the Colts or say the Titans or Cincinnati if it means pushing a clear better talent and fit down the draft board to make a dream scenario for the Jets, Eagles, or Cowboys. That's how I tell the good analysts from the make believe ones as I look for clear outliers.
    •   How the hell you gonna use the word "re-build". Assuming we hit big in the draft we're winning the division....BRO. Screw rebuilding. That's ret@*ded when you have a franchise QB. LOL. But no. Oh yeah. And too. A top 5 DT isn't worth a big contract. My bad.  at ya BBZ. Come on man. 2-3 day 1, impact starters in this draft and we're rebuilding? That post was just depressing. Who cares about 18 and 19 until that year comes??? We aint the Browns. We actually have a top tier franchise QB. LOL. Go on dude.
