Well Nadine I’ve been with the old site and I was in the Colts Fan Club.  I have a T-shirt that say “member Colts fan club charter member”.  Yes it’s been a looooog time.

I always wonder how descriptive announcers got on the radio about car crashes. You know, since the fan isn't there live in person how vividly do they document the broken fiber glass, the tire that catapults off the vehicle, & the safety of the driver. 

I miss the mystique of radio that TV & the internet shattered after they arrived on the scene. It's not as easy to chronicle ambiance as some people think with just your speech, words, & tone. 

Yup and they created the atmosphere.  Just listening to the Indy 500 you could smell the fuel and burning rubber!

I'm glad you returned home safely DD & yes, INDY loses do indeed blow. Hang in there my man.

What's on the menu Dilly Dilly? Aside from Bud Light given your new call sign I mean.

Southwest1.  It's not an authentic but it is a leather helmet!... Leather is not thick so by saying your head is as thick as leather is questionable!  Now people have asked about me being a leather head and what part of the animal was used for my head?  Now that is insulting!  Well at least there's a reason my head is up my a**!

Oh, since DillyDilly will be present in the stands tomorrow, it's a lock now. INDY's got this. Like a lucky rabbit's foot on steroids, I'll take it. That's my story & I'm sticking to it.

Yes it did and it took over 1/2 hour to get an official “false alarm” notification!

Next thing you know somebody will knock on your door & ask you if you wanna buy an underground bomb shelter again. Deja Va Cuban Missile Crisis reboot. Only kidding! 

In all seriousness, that had to be a very frightening experience even with a false alarm. Like you have got to be joking right? 

Here's hoping that never happens again. Why does bad stuff always happen to people I like instead of colossal jerks anyway? Just once can't we reverse that trend? LOL! 

They'd have to kick me out of the Rock n Roll HOF 100GFB. The security guard would be like "Hey SW1, I've gotta lock up & turn out the lights man. Maybe you need to see if a Summer internship is available dude." 

Both R/R and Ft Ball HOF were great!!  If you have the opportunity to visit take it!

Yeah, I never travel anywhere near Ohio, but perhaps someday an altered itinerary on purpose is mandated in my case. Good advice. 

Lol!  No it's me as every game/year that I attended there was bad weather!  I do games no later than early November so this is the latest I've been here.  Anyway I've had cold, wind, flurries, rain and that horrendous Artic freeze with a wind chill of negative 5!

On thursday it was 75 and I was hanging xmas lights wearing flip flops

it is always cold when you are here but it's not too bad today

Not bad today but lite rain and I don't want to be caught in it.  Although it's lite don't want to take any chances so stayed in 

I already watch Monaco this morning

I thought about the Monaco but that would’ve been very early wake up call for me!  Lol!  I need all the beauty nap/rest

I googled 808 as an area code & Hawaii popped up on screen. That's what I figured GFB meant shecolt.

I assumed my brother from another mother has close from the Aloha State. I'd love to be chilling there right now as opposed to freezing my ice cubes off in WI. LOL! 

We are supposed to get 6-10 inches of snow over the weekend BTW. Son of a... 

Yup 6-8 inches of snow is not a good weather forecast!
