Why is this a question or rumor according to the Colts official site when even the owner of the team has announced the hiring on Twitter?

I'm excited about all the new changes the G.M is making,allthough i am a little concerned about the growth of andrew luck as a NFL QB using the same old oc.As far as play calling im sure he'll step up hisgame but we didnt have much of a choice this ws the best one.good luck Colts,we have luck on our side :)
