His press conference today made me appreciate him even more as a Leader.
What he said about being the HC this year. paraphrase
Got to smell the blood, got a taste of it. Learned I could do it, and enjoyed it.
And they told a story of players loving to play for him.
A Great place for a team to start!! Good luck to BA!
What a division to move into.

49ers, Seahawks, Fisher's Rams and Cardinals.
Gonna be tough but I wish him luck. He has a lot of work ahead of him to climb up in the rankings. And there won't be a feel good story/Luck either, just being realistic with how I feel.
Good luck Bruce. Thanks for everything in 2012. Just don't get your QB killed whoever he is. 
May the odds be ever in the Colts favor.

Having a QB in Luck and having a group of 3 QBs together tossing more ints than TDs are two different situations, not to mention the 6 games against 3 much stronger division opponents. Won't be easy but wish him good luck.

Lets not forget, we get to play BA and the Cardinals in Arizona next year.
