Anyone heard where he interviews first?

All I have heard is what is being shown through the media, Bears are the first to try any form of interviews and Browns are also there. Im not 100% sure if the browns is true, have to double check the sources...but to me I hope he says no to everyone, With his resume I think he can land a Head Coach job whenever he wants. I just hope he wants to stay and help develope this special group of guys we have here

I believe the interviews with Chicago and Cleveland are already setup and an interview with San Diego is pretty much a guarantee. Also looks like the Eagles have setup an interview with him as well. http://www.pennlive....set_to_int.html
The meaning of the word "irony" seems to be lost on some.

How many teams will be a lock to pick him up, then only to find that he's still here next year. Call me crazy.
BTW I have no opinion on that matter, He's a good OC, but there's some issues with his style. I get both sides. I think teams are going to look at his recent history as much as this season and find that he might not be the guy. I'm probably totally wrong, but that's my gut feeling.

I don't want bruce arians to leave, do you imagine all the rookies (Luck, TY Hilton, Ballard, Fleener, Allen).... heck not even the rookies all the offense once again will need to start learning a new system.... I don't want that but well if he leaves hopefully Norv Turner comes because even if he has succes with this offense no one will give him a chance to be a head coach again and our offense will not need to be leaerning different systems

Of the 7 positions that opened up, only 2 have been filled (KC and Buffalo).

Am I the only one not sold on BA as a head coach? His clock management left a lot to be desired. I think he is a very good OC, but I haven't seen enough to consider him to be a good head coach. With that said, I don't know what goes on behind closed doors. All I see is 3 hours, once a week. So it's very possible that he is cut out to be a head coach. But based on the limited stuff I've seen from him in games, I don't think he should be a head coach yet.
When Bob Sanders was 12, a cobra bit him in the leg. After 4 days of excruciating pain, the cobra died.
Tom Brady can throw a football pretty far. Bob Sanders can throw Tom Brady even farther.

In my opinion, he makes an excellent head coach - a good leader with positive energy. He has the right temperament for the position. To me, Chuck is more of an unknown. Arians has more head coaching experience than Chuck does. If I had the option to choose one as head coach, I'm not sure who it would be.

I'm not trying to take anything away from BA - he did a heck of a great job (COY, IMO) and results show across the board, BUT, can he take a team from dismal and get his own message through to his players on another team. THAT's what any GM has to be asking himself.
Frankly, I want him to stay in Indy.
GO COLTS!

I would like to see what BA can do with Luck. Honestly, I am not too fond of his offensive approach, but it works for Luck.
Also I would like to see how good Luck & Ballard can be when protected with a decent offensive line.
I also wouldn't mind if he left, he did a fantastic job filling in for Pagano and has earned a HC job somewhere.
If so, I would love to see if Norv Turner would be interested in mentoring Luck and bringing a more west coast system to Indy.
Also Chan Gailey is another offensive guy that I like because he is a innovator and plays to the strength of the team. He turned guys like Stevie Johnson and Fred Jackson into stars. If only he had a better QB and defense, he would still be the Bills HC.

Chain Gailey? interesting..that's a name I don't hear people mention too often when talking about possible OCs..its always Norv Turner...

I don't think he will go to Cleveland.
I thought I read somewhere, that he would only leave the Colts for a really good opportunity. If he is interested in Rings, he should stay right where he is.

He's already got an OC SB ring.

Well he certainly isn't getting a HC SB ring in Cleveland.

@AdamSchefter: On the day the Chargers are expected to name their new GM, Colts VP of football operations Tom Telesco is back in San Diego.
Bruce will be high on that HC list now.
BA or Lovie....that is pretty much it.(I may be wrong...1st time for everything) ![]()
BA does like Cleveland. Been there, done that... Telesco may give him some power in San Diego......VERY interesting couple of days coming up!!!

He'd be lucky to get a Cracker Jack ring in Cleveland.
Cleveland is in desperate need of a complete franchise overhaul/make over. Which is why I am calling my shot now.
Rob Ryan as HC for the Browns.

Where do you get West Coast offense and Norv Turner together? Norvs offense has been described as a more predictable version of the Air Coryell offense than the version Arians is known for. It relies on execution more than surprise.
The bread and butter of his offense are tall physical receivers going for jump balls downfield and relies on athletic TEs or Hbacks to catch balls in the openings underneath.
I am not against Norv, I just think you should be aware of what you are getting with him. It's most certainly not a west coast offense. I think he is a great offensive mind, and that his system would lead to fewer hits on Luck, but it will take at least two drafts to have the right personnel.
Two drafts? That is an exaggeration

This story from NFL.com says Arians has interest from four teams....
Philly, Chicago, Cleveland, and San Diego....

He had his hiccups as IHC this season but I think he's actually a better HC than he is an OC. If he plans on calling his own plays in addition to his HC duties, I think he'll have a short stint as a coach. If he installs his playbook and gets a legit playcaller, I think he could have a great deal of success. I doubt he does that though, because he said calling plays is what he loves to do
Congrats on the outstanding hire, Cards.... SUCKERS!

For some funny reason, I think that Bruce will be in Indy next season calling plays. Hoping he got bite by the LUCK bug and stays. He seems to like it here and has a great chemistry with the players, and that in itself may be enough for him to stay. Call em all back Bruce and tell your not interested!

His stock will never be higher than it is right now. If he is offered a job he will take it.

Yes his stock may never be higher than at the present, but if you are saying he wil go to ANY team that offers him a HC job, I just dont see it. He said himself it would have to be a perfect fit. I may be wrong but am hoping for the offences sake that he doesnt. Especially with all the rookies and for Reggies sake.

Well one team that expressed interest in BA is out of the equation now. Browns hired Rod Chudzinski as their new HC. Good luck to Chudzinski there. He's a guy I was kinda interested in last year before they hired Pagano. And don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled as can be that we have Pagano because Pagano was actually at the top of my wish list (along with Brian Billick), I just honestly didn't think it would happen. Actually my top 5 last year were, in order, Billick, Pagano, Mike Zimmer, Mike McCoy and Chudzinski.

Dang
"Arians is not in a rush to leave Indy, but he said the San Diego opening is attractive.
"I have a great job in Indianapolis," he said. "It's going to have to be a perfect fit for me to leave what we have done here, and not just to jump out to be a head coach. It's going to have to be a perfect fit, and obviously my relationship with Tommy makes it a lot easier."

With Cutler, Marshall, Forte, and some solid defensive pieces, I'd say the Bears job is appealing to him, as well. I figured they'd have filled the position by now.
I don't see him being overly interested in the Eagles job.
The Bears are interviewing a ton of people. I think they are currently trying to set up an interview with Bud Grant
