Wouldn't be a bad idea.
“There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man ... a
dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the
middle ground between light and shadow, between science and
superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit
of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.” - Rod Sterling

If we can get him on a similar contract that we gave Reggie(maybe a bit more since he is only 29), I don't think any one in their right minds would object. However, it would have to be a luxury signing after we have secured up the O-Line.

I'm slightly interested. It would be a short contract, he'll be 30 next season. I think the mentality of Grigson and Co. is to get younger. With that said, if we go after a receiver, it should be Mike Wallace. But I won't complain if Jennings is on the team for a couple years.

I like Jennings, and when healthy he's a top 10 receiver. But he had surgery this season, right? And he seems to be injured a lot, or is it just this season? Maybe a four-year, $25-27 million deal.

I'm going to keep repeating myself because I feel very strongly about this, but we do not need another WR.

It's amazing how the Packers turned Cobb into such a talent in short bit of time. I have a feeling they will push to resign Jennings.

I don't think they'll be able to justify paying him when they also have Cobb, Jones and Nelson who are all starting caliber wideouts.

You could be right, but I'd take Jennings over Jones. GB is just loaded on offense, too many weapons.

I think we need another wideout next or Reggie. Mr. Wayne isn't getting any younger and I love Hilton is the slot. Donnie Avery needs to go.. And Griff Whalen never seen a regular season snap..
Our second best WR needs to go? Have you seen the year Avery is having?

While all those WR's are very talented a big part of why they look to be so loaded is the West Coast Offense they run, Rodgers fits it extremely well to

favre ran a vertical offense and Jennings was very productive. Him and Wayne are very similar imo, with him maybe having a higher top speed.

Yep I agree. I'd sure love that WCO though if we had it

Yes it would be. The idea for the 2013 offseason will be to spend wisely on FA's at need positions and to get younger overall. They already have an aging vet in Wayne. Absolutely no need to add another. I can see free agency being used to bolster the O'line and the draft for playmakers at skill positions.

I'd say no to Jennings but he is 29 folks, He could have 5-6-7 or more years left

He's on the small side of what i would like. we have 5'11 speedsters, we need a 6'4, 215 lbs, possesion receiver.

I'd like to pick up Justin Hunter or DeAndre Hopkins in the first, Barret Jones in the third, and Damion Stafford late.
