According to ESPN Josh Brent will be moved to the Reserve/Non Injury list and the Dallas authorities were investigating the club where Brent and Brown partied since it is illegal by Texas law to serve an intoxicated person alcohol.
On a related note there were several Cowboy player at the private party being held at the club.
