Cecil shorts is more reliable and Giants will give up one busted play or two on the road for RG3.
So, I'd roll the dice with Blackmon and Garcon knowing Blackmon is probably the less reliable Jags wideout. Garcon should get you points.

I wouldn't start any Pittsburgh player with Roethlisberger out...Batch has no arm strength whatsoever and they're playing the Ravens..
I agree with Chad...go Blackmon and Garcon...I think the Jags are going to give the Bills all they can handle...
