The Colts signed safety Delano Howell from the Bills' practice squad to the Colts' active roster and announced that OG Seth Olsen will return to practice. Olsen will remain on injured reserve during this time.

He's also from Stanford. I was thinking that we'd start to target Stanford's defense (especially their LBs) in the next draft, seeing as we've already drafted their offense this year.

I've injured my shins before. You have muscles running through there, plus shin splints are excruciating.
